Weekly Research Report - Week 12 Author: Prajwal Poudel Project: Food Next Door   Research Focus: Polishing our work Once we completed the research study from our side, along with the research, we had the presentation and information memorandum to prepare. After completion of all these, we had submission by 12th Aug by 4pm, which is this week's Tuesday 4 on before submission  Sampurna and I had our last consultation with our teacher, Kriss, for further feedback, if any slight improvement and required things are missing after the certain feedback, although there were lots to improve, we did our part, completed all the tasks and submitted and then the next day, i.e Thursday, we did our presentation without the teacher Throughout the week and research before the presentation, we had our group meeting about what and how to go through the presentation to make it as concise and as informative as possible. Everyone did a good job.

Designed the presentation to maintain audience engagement through a clear flow: Introduction → Problem Statement → Solution Overview → Technology Decisions → Progress Update → Demonstration → Future Plans → Q&A . Balanced between informative content and visual storytelling to ensure clarity and impact. Practiced with the team to ensure the entire delivery stayed within the 20-minute timeframe.

Week 12 Reporting and Feedback

Author: Sampurna Adhikari Title : Submission and Presentation Feedback This week was an important phase in our project path, as we completed and submitted our research study and development plan, followed by the information memorandum and our final presentation. We met with Kriss on Tuesday prior to the submission. After closely examining our work, he noticed a few errors. The feedback was quite helpful, and we swiftly improved the idea to make it stronger overall. We gave our presentation on Wednesday. Although the content was well-prepared, the feedback pointed out two important areas that we need to improve on: making sure that our project planning is appropriately in line with our stated objectives and enhancing time management throughout delivery. We now have a better idea of how to improve our strategy for upcoming projects thanks to these observations. I was also in charge of assigning each team member a presentation topic.
